It started with a book.  In 1994 Eddie Obeng wrote All Change! The Project Leader's Secret Handbook.  The book rapidly became the Financial Times top seller and has remained the most popular project management book for professional and non-professional project managers.  Inspired by the book Illusions by Richard Bach, Eddie created a book which was half compellingly-gripping novel (most people read the novel section in a single sitting) and half practical workbook.  Published in the  'business backs series' the paperback edition had two front covers
